Let's start with scaling up, because that's the easy one. As an Administrator on the Peak Output platform, you can increase your seat numbers at any time, instantly. No waiting period, no calls to make, no approvals needed. If your team grows or you want to bring additional leaders onto the platform, you can do that yourself, directly, the moment you need to. And if someone leaves the organisation, you can replace that seat with a new team member just as quickly, ensuring continuity without losing access or disrupting your program.
Scaling down works a little differently, and that's by design. Subscriptions are set for the contracted period, so reductions in seat numbers are processed at your renewal date. This protects the integrity of your program and ensures your team's access remains uninterrupted right through to the end of the term.
