A: Great question, and the good news is that we've worked hard to make the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible, whatever path you take to get started.
Starting with the free trial
If you sign up for a free trial through our website, the process begins immediately. The system will ask for your basic information, set up your account, and send you a Welcome letter with clear instructions to guide you through the next steps. From that point, you're in the driver's seat.
During your trial, you'll be set up as the Administrator, and you'll have the ability to invite up to three colleagues to register and complete the Discovery Process alongside you. That's intentional. Because the real power of Peak Output isn't just in understanding yourself. It's in understanding each other.
With three colleagues on board, you'll be able to generate a comparison report with an individual colleague, and a team report that brings everyone together. Those two capabilities alone give you a genuine sense of what the platform can do when it's deployed at scale across an organisation. Most people find that's the moment it clicks.
As your trial progresses, you'll receive a series of timely reminders letting you know it's coming to an end, along with a straightforward prompt to continue. When you're ready to commit, confirming your sign-up directs you to our payment platform, where you simply select the number of seats your organisation needs and nominate how many leaders you have. Staff and leaders carry different subscription rates, so the system will walk you through that clearly. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive confirmation, and your platform will open up fully, ready for you to start adding seats up to your allocated number. From there, you're away.
And if questions come up along the way, a built-in help facility is available directly on the platform for everyday queries.
Skipping straight to sign-up
If you already know what you need and want to get started without the trial, that's equally simple. You skip the trial entirely and proceed directly to payment. The same straightforward experience, just faster.
For enterprise clients
If you're joining Peak Output as an enterprise client, your experience will be more tailored from the outset. There will be an agreement to sign and security checks to be accommodated. Your nominated Executive and account administrator will work with our team to agree the deployment approach for your organisation, and your people will receive internal communications detailing exactly what Peak Output is, what to expect, and how to access the system. We also support enterprise clients with suggested communication templates to make that internal rollout as seamless as possible.
