How is Peak Output different from other offerings?

Several strong profiling tools exist, including DISC, Myers-Briggs, CliftonStrengths, and Hogan, each with genuine value depending on your goals. The key distinction is between point-in-time and ongoing insight, as each serves different purposes with different trade-offs.
 
Point-in-time tools generate awareness in a specific moment, but retaining that awareness is a challenge. Ebbinghaus's forgetting curve research suggests people can lose up to 75% of what they've learned within 24 hours without reinforcement, which is worth considering when evaluating any insight-based intervention.
 
Ongoing platforms refresh as team compositions change and are designed to address retention directly, but carry their own risks: adoption fatigue, inconsistent usage, and data overload. Research also indicates that access to ongoing data does not automatically produce behavioural change; that requires intentional application.
 
Point-in-time tools suit specific, bounded purposes with lower commitment. Ongoing platforms require greater investment in adoption, embedding, and organisational readiness.
